Google adwords is the only way to get your website appearing at the top of Google quickly. Indexing will take more time and you will need to spend some time in optimizing your sight to maximize your Google listing.

How long for a site to be indexed by Google?

Hi I am not sure if I am indexed on Google or not. Reason be is because when I search my site on Google called “Dubai Xpats” it says

Showing results for Dubai Expats
Search instead for Dubai Xpats?

If I click Search instead for Dubai Xpats my site shows up.
Does this mean Google has not yet properly indexed my site yet?

type the following in google and you will see what is indexed in google:
site:www.website.com

it will tell you which pages are indexed and how many in total.

next step is to register the site with google webmaster tools ( just google it)

as for the keyword specifically, because it’s not a known word (and noone searches it) google assumes you’ve spelt it wrong – it will take time for google to recognize the word is a legitimate search term

then above that, search engine optimisation services ( which I’m happy to help with if required)

It could take 6 months or more.
It depends what meta tags you have in each page and how many incoming and outgoing links that are referenced on search engines.

Unless of course you pay Goggle to index it.
